Torry Super works via a unique dual-action mechanism that attacks weeds on two fronts, ensuring they cannot survive or grow back.

1. Sunblock Removal (HPPD Inhibition): Tembotrione stops the weed from producing carotenoids (the plant's natural sunblock). Without this protection, sunlight destroys the weed's chlorophyll.
2. The Bleaching Effect: Because the chlorophyll is destroyed, the weeds turn stark white (bleaching) and stop growing immediately.
3. Energy Blockade (PSII Inhibition): Atrazine blocks the weed's photosynthesis process, stopping energy production and accelerating the death of the weed.

Maize plants are naturally able to digest this chemical safely, while weeds cannot, making it perfectly selective.
