  • Moisture First: Irrigate the field BEFORE applying. Nematodes swim in water films; they cannot move in dry soil.
  • Remove Filters: If using a sprayer, remove the fine mesh filters. The nematodes are small, but they can get stuck in fine screens.
  • Nozzle Type: Use a "Flood Jet" or coarse nozzle. Do not use high-pressure mist, as the shear force can kill the nematodes.
  • Chemical Gap: Do not apply chemical nematicides or strong soil disinfectants (like Bleaching Powder) 1 week before or after using Soldier.
