Remix works as a systemic neurotoxin. It protects the plant from the inside out.

1. Systemic Absorption: Once the seed is treated and sown, the roots absorb the active ingredient (Imidacloprid) from the seed coat.
2. Upward Movement: The chemical moves upward (acropetally) through the xylem to the stem and leaves, creating a toxic zone for pests.
3. Nervous System Block: When a pest (like a Jassid or Termite) feeds on the plant, the chemical blocks their nerve signals, leading to paralysis and death.

This creates a "Zone of Protection" around the root and stem that pests cannot penetrate.

The Golden Rule: Always follow the "Dose per kg of Seed". Do not overdose, as it may affect germination.

*Note: Seed treatment products are calculated per kg of seed, not per litre of water. The "Water" column above refers to the small amount of water added to make a slurry.

• Timing: Treat the seeds 24 hours before sowing or just before sowing.
• Mixing: Prepare a "Slurry" by mixing the Remix dose with a small amount of water (see table). Add this slurry to the seeds in a rotating drum or plastic bag. Shake well for uniform coating.
• Coverage: Ensure every seed is red/pink (coated). Uneven coating leads to poor protection.
• Drying: Dry the treated seeds in the shade on a clean surface. DO NOT dry under direct sunlight as UV rays can reduce efficacy.
• Safety: Always wear PPE (gloves, mask, goggles). Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not use treated seeds for food, feed, or oil extraction.
