Proclaim works by targeting the nervous system of the insect. It is a contact and stomach poison with a unique mechanism.
- Locking the Nerves: Upon ingestion, the active ingredient binds to specific channels in the insect's nerves, locking them open.
- Paralysis: This causes a flow of chloride ions that paralyzes the insect's muscles.
