  1. Cell Strengthening: Calcium binds with Pectin in the cell walls to form "Calcium Pectate." This acts like cement, holding cells together so fruits don't crack under pressure.
  2. Synergy with Boron: Calcium needs Boron to function properly. The added Boron ensures the calcium is properly cemented into the cell wall and helps in pollen formation.

  • Timing: Start spraying at the first sign of flowering. Repeat every 10-15 days during fruit development. Early calcium is critical!
  • Mixing Warning: DO NOT MIX with Phosphorus fertilizers (DAP/MAP) or Sulphur (Magnesium Sulphate). It will turn into stone (precipitate) and clog your nozzle.
  • Coverage: Calcium does not move well inside the plant. You must spray directly on the fruits and new leaves for it to work.
  • Safety: Always wear PPE (gloves, mask) even though it is a bio-derived product.
