• Verified soybean positioning: The manufacturer and the current Indian major-use entry identify soybean as the approved crop.
• Two herbicide sites of action: Pendimethalin is HRAC/WSSA Group 3, while imazethapyr is Group 2.

1. Pendimethalin (Group 3): inhibits microtubule assembly. HPM states that it is absorbed by roots and leaves, and susceptible weeds are affected soon after germination or emergence.
2. Imazethapyr (Group 2): inhibits acetolactate synthase (ALS). HPM states that it is absorbed by roots and foliage, then moves through the xylem and phloem towards meristematic regions.
3. Combination positioning: the two active ingredients provide distinct sites of action in one registered soybean herbicide. The group numbers describe mode of action; they do not replace label directions or resistance-management advice.

Use against only the weeds and crop situations covered by the current product label. Common names vary by region, so confirm the weed identity before treatment.

Use the per-area rate and water volume together. Do not create a per-litre dose by dividing these ranges; sprayer output and treated area must be calibrated.

The current Indian major-use entry gives the equivalent range of 2.5–3.0 litres product and 500–600 litres water per hectare. Application timing is label-sensitive: follow the timing printed on your current pack rather than transferring timing from another pendimethalin or imazethapyr product.

• Before application: identify the crop and weeds, then read the current label and leaflet completely.
• Calibration: measure the labelled per-area quantity and use a calibrated sprayer with the nozzle and spray method specified on the label.
• Coverage: maintain the labelled water volume and even coverage of the intended treatment area.
• Tank mixing: do not combine Penpyr 32 with another herbicide, pesticide, fertiliser or adjuvant unless the current label explicitly permits it or a qualified local adviser confirms a lawful recommendation.
• Stewardship: prevent drift and contamination of water bodies, and do not use on an unlisted crop or at an unlisted rate.
• Personal safety: wear the protective equipment required by the label, avoid skin and eye contact, wash after handling, and store in the original container away from children, food and feed.
