1. Forms a Soil Barrier: Upon spraying, the chemical binds to the top layer of the soil, creating a toxic zone for weeds but staying safely above deep-sown crop seeds.
2. Inhibits Root Growth: As weed seeds germinate and their roots touch the treated soil, Pendistar blocks "tubulin polymerization," stopping the roots from growing.
3. Prevents Emergence: Without a functional root system, the weed seedling dies before it can break through the soil surface, resulting in a clean field.

Note: Because it works on germination, it must be applied before weeds appear. It will not kill established weeds.

The Golden Rule: Always follow the "Dose per Acre" and use sufficient water (200 Liters) to create a uniform soil film.

*Note: For Cotton, use higher dose (1650ml) for heavy clay/black soils and lower dose (1000ml) for light sandy soils. DAS = Days After Sowing.

• Timing: Apply within 0 to 3 days of sowing/transplanting. The soil must be undisturbed after application to keep the chemical barrier intact.
• Mixing: Use a Flat Fan Nozzle only. Do not use hollow cone nozzles, as they cause uneven distribution and drift.
• Coverage: Soil moisture is critical. Apply after a light irrigation or rain. If the soil is dry, the herbicide will not activate.
• Safety: Always wear PPE (gloves, mask, goggles). This product stains skin and clothes a deep yellow/orange; this is normal but indicates contact—wash immediately.
