Ziram is a multi-site contact fungicide. After correct foliar application, it acts on the treated plant surface rather than moving systemically through the crop. Uniform coverage matters because untreated tissue is not protected in the same way. FRAC classifies Ziram in Group M03; this classification describes its mode-of-action group and does not replace the crop, rate or timing directions on the Indian label.

Use restriction: Do not use on any crop or disease not specified on the current label or leaflet.

The current Indian formulation label states the same hectare rate for the approved crops below. Keep the total formulation dose per hectare unchanged if spray-water volume is adjusted for crop growth and coverage.

Re-entry: 24 hours after each spray. Maximum frequency: two sprays. For grape, a PHI is not established in the cited label; do not treat that as zero days—follow the current pack label and local residue guidance.

• Measure the required product, disperse it first in a small quantity of clean water, then add the remaining label water with thorough agitation.
• Apply as a foliar spray with sufficient water for uniform leaf coverage. Do not use it as a soil treatment.
• Give the first application when the listed disease appears, preferably in the early morning or evening. Do not spray in windy weather, during hot hours, on wet foliage or when rain is imminent.
• Do not tank-mix Hindustan Ziram with any other chemical.
• Do not underdose, overdose or overlap spray passes. Follow the current HPM container label if it differs from this summary.

Wear full-sleeve clothing, trousers, chemical-resistant gloves, a suitable mask, goggles, head protection and boots while handling or spraying. Avoid inhalation and skin or eye contact; do not eat, drink or smoke during application. Keep children, food, feed, livestock and water bodies away from the product and treated area. If exposure or illness occurs, stop work, seek medical attention promptly and take the current label or container.
