Dhanuka Dozo Maxx combines Pyrithiobac Sodium 6% + Quizalofop Ethyl 4% MEC in a selective post-emergence cotton herbicide. The two active ingredients target labelled broadleaf and grassy weeds through different modes of action.

Pyrithiobac-sodium inhibits acetolactate synthase in susceptible broadleaf weeds, stopping production of essential branched-chain amino acids. Quizalofop-ethyl inhibits ACCase in susceptible grasses, stopping fatty-acid synthesis and new growth. Visible decline follows after growth is arrested.

How to applyApplication Guide
  • Monitor the field and apply when the listed weeds are young, actively growing and at the 2–3-leaf stage.
  • Add the measured product to the partly filled spray tank, top up to the calibrated water volume and maintain agitation.
  • Spray uniformly over the cotton field with adequate soil moisture and avoid skips or overlapping passes.
  • Use only once and at the crop stage permitted by the current label; observe the 160-day PHI.
