HPM Dhavak Herbicide: Product Overview
HPM Dhavak contains Glufosinate Ammonium 13.5% w/w in an SL formulation, equivalent to 15% w/v in the Government of India major-use entry. It is a non-selective post-emergence herbicide registered for specified weeds in tea and cotton.
Glufosinate works mainly through treated green weed tissue, so accurate coverage is important. Because Dhavak is non-selective, spray or drift can injure tea foliage, cotton plants and other desirable vegetation. Use a directed application to the target weeds and follow the current physical pack for the exact timing, equipment, re-entry period, protective clothing and all handling directions.
This page keeps the registered hectare rates and water volumes. It does not convert them into a universal pump or per-litre dose, and it does not advertise non-crop use, guaranteed performance in all weather, control of glyphosate-resistant weeds, a toxicity colour or a fixed time to visible symptoms without Dhavak-specific label evidence.
