Cyazofamid is classified by FRAC in Group 21 as a QiI fungicide. It inhibits mitochondrial respiration at the quinone-inside (Qi) site of the cytochrome bc1 complex. Mancozeb is classified in FRAC Group M03 and acts at multiple sites through contact activity.

The two active ingredients therefore have different FRAC classifications. This does not replace resistance stewardship: follow the current label and an appropriate disease-management programme. This page does not claim systemic, translaminar, curative, kick-back, rainfast or guaranteed resistance-breaking performance because those claims were not verified for the current Indian label.

PHI means pre-harvest interval: the minimum time between the last application and harvest. The manufacturer's product page also displays “Dose 500 gm” without a basis; this page therefore uses the complete registered per-hectare figures above and does not infer a universal per-litre dose.

• Confirm the target: Use this formulation only on potato for early blight or late blight as stated on the current label.
• Measure accurately: Use 1,250 g/ha in 500 L water/ha. Do not replace the registered rate with an unverified per-litre shortcut.
• Mix correctly: As this is a WP formulation, follow the current pack label's mixing order, maintain agitation and prepare a uniform spray suspension.
• Coverage: Apply the registered water volume with correctly calibrated equipment for uniform coverage.
• No assumed programme: Application timing, interval, maximum number of sprays, re-entry and compatibility must follow the current pack label or authorised local advice.
• No automatic tank mix: Do not combine with another pesticide, fertiliser or adjuvant unless the current label or a qualified adviser confirms compatibility and legal use.
