Parijat Cutlass Chlorfenapyr 10% SC Insecticide & Miticide

Chlorfenapyr belongs to IRAC Group 13. It disrupts the proton gradient used in oxidative phosphorylation, interfering with ATP energy production in the target pest. This is different from nerve-action insecticides and insect growth regulators.

Use Cutlass only within its current label programme. This page does not describe the product as systemic, resistance-proof, instantly curative or suitable for unlisted crops and pests.

PHI means pre-harvest interval. The registered active-ingredient rate is 75–100 g/ha for both rows. Do not treat the hectare rate as a universal per-litre or pump dose; maintain the crop-specific label directions and current pack instructions.

• Confirm the crop and pest: Apply only to a listed crop-target combination and at the economic threshold described by the current label.
• Measure accurately: Use 750–1000 ml formulation per hectare with 500 litres of water per hectare for the relevant listed use.
• Mixing: Pre-mix the measured quantity in a small amount of water, then add it to the remaining recommended water as directed on the pack.
• Application: Parijat recommends a knapsack sprayer with a hollow-cone nozzle and uniform foliage coverage.
• Compatibility: No tank-mix recommendation is made here. Follow only compatibility directions supported by the current labels and qualified local advice.

Wear protective clothing, chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection, a suitable mask and boots while measuring, mixing and spraying. Avoid skin, eye, mouth and inhalation exposure. Keep the product away from children, food and feed, and prevent contamination of water. Wash thoroughly after handling.
