Azoxystrobin is a FRAC Group 11 QoI fungicide that inhibits fungal mitochondrial respiration at the Qo site. Tebuconazole is a Group 3 DMI fungicide that inhibits sterol 14-alpha-demethylase, disrupting ergosterol biosynthesis needed for normal fungal cell membranes.
Both are single-site groups and require responsible resistance management. This page does not describe Custodia as resistance-proof, and it does not recommend repeated use outside the current label programme.

PHI means pre-harvest interval. A missing rice PHI is not a zero-day interval; follow the current Custodia pack before spraying and harvesting. No universal per-litre or pump dose is published.
Wear protective clothing, chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection, a suitable mask and boots while measuring, mixing and spraying. Avoid skin, eye, mouth and inhalation exposure; wash after handling. Prevent drift, runoff and equipment washings from contaminating people, livestock, food, feed and water.
Store the sealed original container in a locked, cool, dry and ventilated pesticide area away from children, food, feed and seed. The ADAMA label states that there is no specific antidote and treatment is symptomatic and supportive; seek urgent medical attention and show the current label after suspected exposure.
