Pretilachlor belongs to HRAC/WSSA Group 15. It is absorbed mainly by the emerging shoot tissues of germinating weeds and interferes with the synthesis of very-long-chain fatty acids needed for early growth. Susceptible weeds are controlled as they germinate and attempt to emerge. Because the herbicide targets this early stage, delayed application after weeds have emerged may not provide the intended result.

PHI means pre-harvest interval. The current physical pack label is the final authority for the selected pack, field and application equipment.

• Crop system: Use only in transplanted rice where the current physical label permits use.
• Timing: Apply before weed emergence, within 0–3 days after transplanting. Do not treat this as a post-emergence rescue herbicide.
• Measurement: Measure the label rate accurately and apply uniformly with label-directed equipment.
• Mixing: Do not add another herbicide, insecticide, fungicide, fertilizer or adjuvant unless the current Craze label specifically permits that mixture.
• Drift and water protection: Prevent drift, runoff and contamination of irrigation channels, ponds and other water bodies.

Keep the product in its original closed container, away from children, animals, food and feed.
