Triafamone can enter susceptible weeds through roots and leaves, while Bayer describes Ethoxysulfuron as acting mainly through foliage. Both inhibit acetolactate synthase, an enzyme involved in branched-chain amino-acid biosynthesis. Because both actives are Group 2, this premix has one classified site of action and should not be described as a two-group resistance rotation.

  • Do not add a tank mix, adjuvant, repeat interval or drone procedure unless the current Council Activ label expressly permits it.
  • Use integrated weed-management practices, monitor escapes and prevent surviving weeds from setting seed.
  • A different Group 2 herbicide is not a different-group resistance rotation. Check the alternative product's own current India label.
