1. Exposure: target insects are exposed through the label-specified crop application.
2. Group 4A activity: thiamethoxam modulates nicotinic acetylcholine receptors and disrupts normal insect nerve signalling.
3. Resistance stewardship: repeated Group 4A use can select resistant populations. Do not treat successive pest generations only with Capcadis, Devsena, Krioxm Gold or another Group 4A product. Where another treatment is justified, choose a label-approved product from a different effective IRAC group.

PHI = pre-harvest interval. These are hectare-based entries from the Government of India formulation-level major-use record. No per-acre or per-litre rate has been invented. The current physical Capcadis pack remains the final authority.

• Confirm the exact use: match crop, pest, formulation rate, application medium, timing and PHI to the current label before opening the pack.
• Measure accurately: use calibrated weighing equipment. Do not estimate by spoon or convert the table into a universal tank dose.
