Glutamate-gated chloride-channel allosteric modulation

Novaluron disrupts chitin biosynthesis, affecting successful development and moulting in susceptible insects. Emamectin benzoate acts at glutamate-gated chloride channels in the insect nervous system. The combination therefore brings two classified modes of action to the label-listed lepidopteran target.

A two-active product is not a guarantee against every resistant population. Follow the label's application limits and resistance-management directions. Do not expose successive pest generations repeatedly to the same mode-of-action groups without an effective stewardship plan.
