1. Uniform seed coating: the measured formulation is distributed over the seed surface before sowing.
2. Systemic availability: after germination, Thiamethoxam is taken up by the emerging seedling and moves into young growth.
3. Target-pest action: susceptible insects feeding on treated seedlings are affected through Group 4A activity at nicotinic acetylcholine receptors.

The treatment is intended for the listed early-season crop-pest combinations. It is not a guarantee against every insect and does not replace field scouting. If later pest pressure reaches a treatment threshold, select a separately labelled product that fits the crop, pest, growth stage and resistance-management plan.

The physical Bheema Plus label is the final authority. Do not extend these rates to soybean, chilli or any crop omitted from the current IIL Bheema Plus page. A numeric pre-harvest interval is not stated in the official seed-dresser table because application occurs before sowing; do not invent a PHI.

1. Weigh the seed: calculate the formulation from the exact seed mass and crop-specific ml/kg rate above.
2. Prepare a small slurry: for a small batch, Indian label directions for Thiamethoxam 30% FS use about 10-20 ml of clean water for each kilogram of seed. This water is only a seed-coating aid, not a spray dilution.
3. Coat uniformly: place seed in a suitable treatment drum or sturdy bag, add the measured slurry and rotate or agitate until the seed is evenly covered.
4. Handle as treated seed: follow the pack's drying and sowing directions, keep treated seed separate and sow it at the recommended depth.

No pesticide, fungicide, nutrient, bio-input or adjuvant mixing recommendation is made on this page. Apply Bheema Plus alone unless its current physical label expressly permits a specific commercial seed-treatment combination.

• Thiamethoxam is IRAC Group 4A. Hirota and Areva Super also contain Thiamethoxam 30% FS, so they are substitutes, not resistance rotations.
• Do not automatically repeat Group 4A after emergence. Scout the crop and base any later intervention on the actual pest and threshold.
• When a later treatment is justified, use a separately applied, crop-labelled product from a suitable different IRAC group and follow its own dose, timing, PHI and maximum-application directions.

Read the current Indian pack label and leaflet before use. Wear chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing and eye protection while measuring, preparing slurry and treating seed; work in a ventilated area and avoid skin, eye and inhalation exposure. Never use treated seed for food, animal feed or oil extraction, and never keep it with untreated grain. Prevent formulation, slurry, treated seed, washings and empty containers from contaminating ponds, drains or other water bodies. Keep the original container locked away from children, food and feed.
