Awkira Pyroxasulfone 85% WG Herbicide

Awkira is listed for specific weeds in wheat, maize and soybean. Its wheat guidance describes pre-emergence soil treatment for little seed canary grass (Phalaris minor), including resistant populations. Confirm the complete crop-specific directions separately for maize and soybean.

Application Precautions

  • Numerical programmes remain withheld: the current manufacturer page has an ambiguous harvest-interval column and does not establish complete maize and soybean timing and carrier directions. Do not interpret that unexplained entry as either a harvest interval or water volume, or transfer wheat directions to another crop. Confirm the complete matching supplied-pack programme before use. For wheat, use a level seedbed without large clods or previous-crop residues. A flat-fan nozzle helps cover the soil surface evenly.
  • Do not apply in high wind. Avoid walking on wet fields after irrigation, as disturbing the soil can allow weeds to emerge.
  • Do not prepare the stock solution in metallic utensils or apply the product mixed with sand or fertiliser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Safety and Storage
