Crystal Apex-50 is a combination insecticide containing Emamectin Benzoate 1.5% + Fipronil 3.5% SC. The registered Indian use is limited to Chilli for control of thrips and fruit borer.

Apex-50 combines two insecticide mode-of-action groups. Emamectin Benzoate is classified in IRAC Group 6, while Fipronil is classified in IRAC Group 2B. These classifications support accurate resistance-management records; they do not extend the approved crop or pest list.

How to applyApplication and Safety
  • Use only on the registered Chilli crop and target pests printed on the current label.
  • Use label-specified high-volume spray equipment and ensure calibrated, uniform coverage.
  • Do not calculate a universal ml/litre, pump or tank dose from this page.
  • The reviewed exact-formulation label states not to combine this product with another insecticide or plant growth regulator.
  • Wear the full PPE specified on the current pack. Avoid inhalation and eye or skin contact, and do not eat, drink, chew or smoke while handling.
  • Keep unprotected people out of the treated area for 48 hours and observe the 3-day PHI.
  • Keep the product and spray away from aquaculture. Do not spray while bees are actively foraging, and avoid bird exposure.
  • Store in the original container, locked away from children, food and animal feed.
