Chlorpyrifos belongs to IRAC Group 1B and inhibits acetylcholinesterase in susceptible insects. Alpha-cypermethrin belongs to IRAC Group 3A and acts as a sodium-channel modulator. Together they affect insect nervous-system function through two different mechanisms.

Do not repeatedly depend on the same 1B + 3A combination. Where another treatment is required, choose a label-approved insecticide from a different effective IRAC group as part of an integrated pest-management programme.

PHI means pre-harvest interval. No per-acre or per-litre rate is supplied here because the official label states the recommendation per hectare.

• Apply preferably during the morning or evening and avoid spraying in high wind.
• Do not apply when rainfall is expected within five hours after spraying.
• Pre-mix the required quantity in a small amount of water, add it to the tank, then add the remaining water with continuous agitation.
• The label permits conventional manually operated knapsack or power sprayers fitted with fan nozzles.
• Keep people and animals away for the re-entry period printed on the current Anth Super pack label.

• Wear full protective clothing, chemical-resistant gloves, boots and suitable face and eye protection while measuring, mixing and spraying.
• Avoid inhalation and contact with skin or eyes. Never mix the product with bare hands.
• Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew while handling or applying.
• Anth Super is toxic to fish. Prevent spray, wash water and containers from contaminating ponds, canals and aquaculture areas.
• Store locked, in the original container, in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from food, feed, children and animals.
• Do not reuse empty containers. Dispose of them according to the current label and local rules.

If exposure or poisoning is suspected, move away from exposure, remove contaminated clothing, rinse affected skin or eyes thoroughly and obtain urgent medical help. Carry the product container or label for the treating physician. Do not induce vomiting or administer anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
