Aniki

Propineb acts at multiple sites in fungal metabolism. Formulation-level technical sources describe interference with respiration, carbohydrate and protein metabolism, cell membranes, spore production and germ-tube development.

1. Contact protection: The fungicide remains mainly on treated plant surfaces.
2. Multi-site disruption: Several fungal metabolic processes are affected rather than one single target site.
3. Coverage-dependent performance: Unsprayed or newly emerged tissue is not automatically protected, so application quality and label-directed timing matter.

FRAC generally considers multi-site fungicides a low resistance-risk group, but responsible use still requires label rates, good coverage and rotation planning. “Low risk” does not mean resistance is impossible or that Aniki should be used repeatedly without an integrated program.

PHI = Pre-Harvest Interval. A dash or “not specified” is not zero days. The current Aniki pack label controls. Do not convert hectare rates without a verified water-volume basis.

• Use as directed: Apply only to a registered crop-disease combination at the label-directed timing.
• Wettable-powder preparation: Disperse the measured product in a small amount of clean water, then add to the tank while agitating and complete the required water volume.
• Maintain agitation: Keep the suspension moving and obtain even coverage with calibrated equipment.
• Protect all target surfaces: Contact fungicides protect only where spray deposits reach.
• Resistance planning: Use label-approved fungicides from different FRAC groups as separate rotation options where needed.
• No tank-mix recommendation: Related and rotation products shown on this page are standalone alternatives, not instructions to combine products.

Do not mix with bare hands. Wear chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing or apron, eye protection and the label-specified particulate mask or respirator. Avoid inhaling powder or spray mist and avoid contact with eyes, skin and mouth. Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling or spraying. Wash exposed skin and equipment after use and change contaminated clothing. Store closed in the original container away from children, animals, food and feed. Prevent product and rinsate from entering drains or waterways. For eye exposure, rinse with clean water for at least 15 minutes; for skin exposure, remove contaminated clothing and wash with soap and water; after inhalation, move the person to fresh air and obtain medical advice. No specific antidote is identified; treatment is symptomatic. Show the product label to medical personnel. Toxicity colour is intentionally omitted until confirmed from the current Aniki label.
