Fomesafen is classified by HRAC/WSSA in Group 14. It inhibits protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO), leading to membrane damage in susceptible plant tissue. Quizalofop Ethyl is a Group 1 ACCase inhibitor that disrupts fatty-acid synthesis in susceptible grasses.

A mode-of-action group is a resistance-management classification, not permission to use the product on an unlisted crop or weed. Amora already contains Groups 14 and 1. A recommendation card never authorises tank mixing, co-application or an automatic spray sequence.

The acre rate below is Crystal's rounded recommendation. The per-hectare formulation rate, water volume and PHI come from the Government use table. The units are intentionally kept separate; no assistant-calculated ml/litre or pump dose is supplied.

PHI means pre-harvest interval. Follow the current physical pack if its directions or restrictions are more specific.

• Identify first: Confirm soybean and the target weed before selecting Amora.
• Use the labelled stage: Crystal specifies application when the target weeds are at the 2–4 leaf stage.
• Measure accurately: Use the crop-specific formulation rate and water volume on the current pack. Do not substitute a universal ml/litre, knapsack or tank dose.
• Calibrate the sprayer: Use correctly maintained equipment and obtain uniform coverage while preventing drift onto neighbouring crops and non-target areas.
• Do not infer mixtures: Do not add another herbicide, insecticide, fungicide, fertilizer or adjuvant unless the current Amora label expressly permits it.
• Resistance management: Combine labelled chemical use with non-chemical weed-management practices. Any alternate herbicide must have its own approved soybean crop, weed spectrum, timing and restrictions.

Read and follow the current physical Amora label and leaflet before use. Wear the personal protective equipment stated on the pack, avoid exposure, prevent spray drift and keep the product in its original closed container away from children, animals, food and feed. The registration decision states that the product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment and should be avoided during active bee-foraging periods. It is also moderately to highly toxic to freshwater fish and aquatic invertebrates and should be kept away from aquaculture and water bodies. Dispose of containers and surplus material exactly as the label and local rules direct.
