1. Pyroxasulfone is absorbed mainly by emerging weed roots and moves upward in the xylem.
2. It inhibits synthesis of very-long-chain fatty acids needed for normal cell and shoot development.
3. Susceptible seedlings fail to develop normally, helping prevent the listed weeds from establishing.

This mechanism does not make Adaca suitable for every weed or crop. Apply only at the label-approved timing and on the listed crops.

PHI means pre-harvest interval: the minimum waiting period between application and harvest.

• Timing: Apply at the pre-emergence stage stated on the supplied label. It is not a rescue treatment for large, established weeds.
• Seedbed and soil: Prepare and treat the field according to label directions; soil condition and placement influence pre-emergence performance.
• Measurement: Use calibrated weighing and spraying equipment. Do not estimate the gram quantity.
• Coverage: Use the prescribed water volume and maintain even application without overlaps or gaps.
• Crop safety: Do not apply to paddy or any unlisted crop, and do not change timing, dose or placement.

• Adaca is HRAC Group 15. Repeated reliance on one mode of action can select resistant weeds.
• Use cultural and mechanical weed-management practices where practical.
• Plan rotations with effective herbicides from a different HRAC group only when labels and local recommendations allow.
• Do not treat another Group 15 product as a resistance-rotation partner.
