1. Grass-weed action: Propaquizafop inhibits acetyl-CoA carboxylase, interrupting lipid biosynthesis in susceptible grasses.
2. Broad-leaf weed action: Oxyfluorfen inhibits protoporphyrinogen oxidase, leading to membrane damage in susceptible weeds.
3. Combined field activity: The two mechanisms support broad-spectrum foliar and residual weed control in onion when the product is applied as directed.
