Verification
We will verify that the requester is entitled to control the information before deleting or disclosing it. Additional information may be requested only when reasonably needed for verification.
What may be deleted
- Customer profile details such as name, email and phone number.
- Saved delivery addresses and non-essential preferences.
- Other personal data that is not required to be retained.
Records that may be retained
Certain order, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention and support records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Where practical, retained records will be limited or separated from active customer-profile use.
Processing time
Verified requests are normally processed within 7–14 business days. We will contact you if more time or information is reasonably needed.
